Parallel Universe
Chapter 691:Parallel Universe
A map of the world is projected by a projector onto a giant screen behind Zhang, with three locations marked with emphasis on it.
One in the poles, one in the South Pacific, one in the desert.
Next to the map is followed by several images of alien words, which clearly show what it looks like insects flying.
“In Houston, Dr. George Mather used these words as the ‘opening’ of the conference, and I saw them here again today, and I’m looking forward to what they’re really telling.”A foreign researcher stood up and said after raising his hand to get consent.
“What they’re talking about is the world we live in,” Zhang said with a smile. “I’ve marked this map of the world with the content of these extraterrestrial texts, please see.”
Zhang Can said that he pointed to the three places on the map that was marked with a laser pointer in his hand, "These coordinates are the contents of the alien words next to them, and I cracked them."
Zhang can report three detailed latitude and longitude coordinates, some people began to use equipment or pen paper to record it, only a silver-haired middle-aged man slightly frowned, combined with the submarine he commanded a few months ago to track the Chinese scientific expedition ship "Snow Dragon" situation, this man seems to have guessed something.
Is there anything special about these three places? It seems like nobody's going anywhere."Someone raised his hand and asked.
“To say something special, it’s not really. But the information contained in these alien words is not only the coordinates," Zhang can press the projection remote control on the other hand, and the time figures of the three corresponding coordinates suddenly leapt above the screen.
“Oh my God, 800,000 years ago?”Someone saw a little whisper at one of those times.
“Is this the Khufu pyramid?”I’ve been there, but what happened in 2690 BC?”
“Spiterbergen Island, Doomsday Seed Vault?”“November 7, 2010?”
In the venue, everyone faced the time of sudden projection onto the screen, and Zhang could raise his hand and press down, indicating that everyone should be quiet.
“Gentlemen, all the data I want to make public is on this, time, and corresponding locations, please remember these data, because they are the results of my deciphering of extraterrestrial text.”
“These materials are few, but they have opened a door for us, and if we want to know what is behind it, we need to go in and look for it.”
“Professor Zhang, what do you mean by entering the door to look for it?”He raised his hand and asked a question as a jeepus expert.
"What does Dr. George Mather's publicization of some of these extraterrestrial texts, and how does it mean that some of these times and coordinates have been cracked?"I think it shows that these coordinates corresponding to time are not simple coordinates.”
“Simple coordinates?”Martin asked.
“Yes, let me describe it that way.In my opinion, I think there is some connection between them and alien civilizations, and these links are exactly what I said behind that door.”Zhang said this, and continued, "These need to be explored further."
“Professor Zhang, do you mean to tell everyone that we’re going to go to these places?”The silver-haired middle-aged man who had previously wrinkled his eyebrows stood up and asked, his tone seemed to have been pointed, but Zhang Canopy did not seem to care much.
“What do you call it?”Zhang can ask.
"Daniel Frederick, serving the U.S. Naval Operations Department," the silver-haired man revealed the breath of the soldier, and he was blind, waiting for Zhang's answer.
“It looks like a general,” Zhang Cui smiled, reaching out politely to ask him to take a seat."Your excellency really has a vision, and the word has broken the key to it.Since the aliens have recorded these places in writing, it shows that these places have attracted their attention, and ... well... I think what happened there."
"You see," Zhang said, switching the picture projected on the giant screen into another, "Lemoria, I don't know if anyone among you has ever studied it?"
A bearded scholar raised his hand to speak, and Zhang could nod his head to him.
"I am from the faith of Nawazudi, everyone, everyone," Navazu stood up to the other participants around him owed, "my study of the profession is archaeology, as far as I know, Lemuria is a legendary civilizational land, it has sunk into the sea in ancient times."The Promiseia and the ancient Egyptian legends of Atlantis and the Mayan legend of the Mud continent on the Pacific Ocean are equivalent to the vanished civilization, some people say that Lemuria is the Atlantean or Mud, and others say that Lemuria and Atlantis are the two major civilizations that coexisted at the same time.
“I have seen in Madagascar a girl who looks like a rat and an ape hybrid, whose name is ‘remr,’ and then I found traces of their lives in Africa, the Malay Peninsula and my motherland, far away, so I speculate that there is a land-forming bridge between Madagascar and my motherland that still exists until the new generation, the age of mammals. In previous scientific reports, I have concluded that Limuria is the birthplace of human civilization.”
“If you are interested, I can recommend you to Mr. Louis Spence’s book The Lemuria Question, to which I have concluded my statement.”
Zhang took the lead in clapping, "Thank you Dr. Nawazu for the explanation we have brought."
He continued, “Limuria does have too many doubts as a prehistoric civilization, and it is the most mysterious of these three coordinates, now hidden in the deep sea.The other two coordinates are the Khufu Pyramid on the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt, and the Doomsday Seed Vault in the town of Longe, on Spitsbergen Island, where we have all been.”
Seeing the buzzing sound under the stage, Zhang Cui looked around at the faces of the people, "you must be very curious about what we found in these two places, I think it is a pity that we have found nothing."
“There really is nothing to be found,” Zhang said again.
“Professor, if nothing comes to fruition, does it mean that the deciphered information has no value?”
“In the process of going to the poles and deserts, we made a mistake, we ignored the time,” Zhang said, “in the deciphered information, each coordinate corresponds to a time alone, and our exploration only satisfies some of the conditions, and it is reasonable to return without success.”
"It's hard for you to mean that if you go to those places, you have to match the time?"
“I’m afraid,” Zhang nodded.
“But... those are all past times, and going back to the past is not a false proposition?”Some people are questioning.
“As far as I know, some countries have been studying shuttle time and space decades ago.”Zhang Cui thought about it and continued, “Knowledge about this is not my long term, so I can’t reveal its principles here, but it’s enough to know that we humans can travel through time.”
“I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of the ‘grandfather paradox,’” someone from the stage questioned.
"No, I'd like to hear it," Zhang Cui motioned to him to continue.
"The 'Grandfather Paradox' is a time-travel paradox, and supposing that you go back to the past and kill your grandfather before your father was born, this move creates an unexplained contradiction: you go back in time and kill your young grandfather, and your grandfather dies without your father, so who killed your grandfather?Or, to put it another way, your existence means that your grandfather did not die because of you, so why did you kill your grandfather?”
"Well . . . ." Zhang can master linguistics, and this "paradox" just put forward by others has made him difficult.
“Parallel universes.”The person who stood out for Zhang's release was Zhao Kang, who just opened his mouth and found that everyone's eyes were focused on his body, and his heart could not help but be nervous.
“Since you mentioned parallel worlds, it seems that you are very good at quantum mechanics and theoretical astronomy, and I would love to hear your thoughts.”
"Slightly understand," Zhao Kang replied modestly, "in my personal understanding, parallel universes are other universes that are separated from a universe and exist parallel to the original universe, which are both similar and different.Just like I wrote a program that frees up to simulate creating a series of scenes and constantly deriving, when I artificially make small changes in the process of its derivation, which leads to the next result and I do not change the result, it changes. My explanation is that if you go back to the past and kill your father before he was born, you are killing only a grandfather in a parallel universe, there are countless parallel universes, and in this parallel universe, your father will not be born in this parallel universe, and you will not exist in the future. If you do not belong in that parallel universe, there is no paradox.“
Zhao Kang saw that everyone was relishing his words, and he continued to explain, "I play a simple analogy, parallel universes may be in the same space system, but their time system is different, just like the two trains galloping on a railway line, they have first and then, may be in the same time system, but the spatial system is different, the same way is the same car driving on the two layers of the overpass at the same time."
